Bar Camp Day1 : Lunch Session
While having lunch met a Project Manager from Thoughtworks Marco Jansen.An iteresting conversation went on between us.
I was amazed to hear from him about the culture that they follow in Thoughtworks.I just came to know from him that there are no cubicles in Thoughtworks!!!The reason for doing this only better communication betwen the team members.
And the best part is
"EVEN THE HEAD OF THE COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE CUBICLE OF HIS OWN".....Does this sound realistic?

well thats really good to know abt Thoughtworks... and believe me it works... wipro Blore M3 office has got such structure and when my team has shifted to this location we really had mingled very well with each other.. you rally dont have to put xtra efforts to talk to ur teammates they r easily accessable...

Thanks for your time.I really agree to your point and I think more and more companies should adapt to such a kind of culture since it helps building great teams and keeps everything transparent.
