Success stories through Twitter [Updated]

Few weeks back, I had posted a question on LinkedIn about "Twitter's usage in Business". Today, I just stumbled upon an interesting presentation[shown below] that not only explains Twitter's usage but also backs it up with a good number of case-studies. BTW, the question is still open here

Nice...presentation Himanshu. I could really understand to what extent Twitter can impact business these days......!!! Not only business...but in all other areas. I realised the power of Twitter only during the Mumbai Terrorist attacks. It served as an excellent social media...during those times of ciriss.

Thank for sharing this.

Hey
@Siva:
Thanks very much for the comment. You made the right point; be like Mumbai blasts or any other natural disaster; Twitter has been an exceptional medium to look for information. Nowadays, even journalists look into Twitter for interesting stories since Twiter spreads like fire one tweet at a time.
